Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a results-driven Area Manager for one of our largest fulfillment partners in the US. You will lead a team on the operating floor, driving safety, efficiency, and quality across warehousing operations.

The role requires coaching, performance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to sustain high standards and scalable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing staff of 5 or more.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Must stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Experience with warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics management.
• Experience working with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30-100.
• Communicate policies and ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Own performance reporting for on-time receiving/shipping, inventory, and packing quality.
• Maintain strict SLA expectations and provide action plans.
• Troubleshoot with cross-functional teams and escalate as needed.
