Amazon Middletown, PA is seeking an Area Manager to lead a high-volume fulfillment center team responsible for safety, quality, and on-time customer deliveries. You will set the pace on the floor, coach hourly associates, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires 2+ years of management experience or equivalent military/Amazon background, a flexible schedule, and a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• A Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience.

Responsabilités

• Own your operation: Take full accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery across your area.
• Lead and develop your team: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of hourly associates, setting clear expectations and building a culture where people do their best work.
• Drive continuous improvement: Spot inefficiencies, champion process improvements, and turn performance data into decisions that move the business forward.
• Deliver for customers: Ensure every order reaches the right customer, at the right time, at the right location — and raise the bar on how we get there.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop and execute plans that hit business objectives.
