United States Digital Space LLC in Lewisville, Texas, is seeking an Onsite Human Resources Manager to lead HR for a large, dynamic fulfillment center. You will partner with FC leadership, manage all HR functions, and shape the employee experience to support fast growth.

The role emphasizes compliance, employee relations, performance cycles, compensation processes, and data-driven HR programs to boost engagement and site performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in onsite operations.
• Expertise in employee relations and labor law compliance.
• Ability to influence site leadership and drive HR programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead employee relations investigations, mediations, and ensure fair application of policies.
• Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform site HR strategies.
