Job summary

Amazon's Fulfillment Center in MA, Stoughton seeks a Process Assistant to support the Area Manager and oversee daily department duties, including labor allocation, meetings, and coordination with suppliers.

You will train associates, monitor SOP compliance, track ATS labor hours, and assist in achieving production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work area. Weekend/nights may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Help manage daily department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist in training associates and verify SOP compliance.
• Ensure area performance through tracking and feedback of associate performance.
• Participate in safety initiatives and address hazards.
• Fill in with production duties when needed.
• Review and update SOP as required.
