The role emphasizes using data to drive onboarding, designing training using adult-learning principles, coordinating resources, and aligning with leaders to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related field.
• 2+ years in learning and development facilitation and design.
• Strong project management and metrics-driven mindset.
• Effective communicator across employees, cross-functional teams, and executive leadership.
• Experience with Kaizen and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Use data to drive onboarding and continuous education for warehouse team members.
• Design, revise, and facilitate training programs using adult-learning principles.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to set learning objectives and ensure training meets performance expectations.
• Coordinate training resources, activities, and assets across departments and the network.
• Drive daily improvements in a dynamic fulfillment environment.
