Job summary

QVC Group is seeking an Operations Manager to support inbound and outbound operations in Bethlehem, PA. This onsite role involves building initial teams, establishing procedures, and leading a team of Area Managers and hourly staff, with a focus on safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

You will guide planning and forecasting, develop teammates, and improve safety, cost and delivery while expanding warehouse capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; retail/e-commerce and apparel experience preferred.
• Experience developing and managing 50+ employees.
• At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.
• Experience using Kaizens or process improvement.

• Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes.
• Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates.
• Develop and administer operational procedures for shipments, inventory accuracy and disposition.
• Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
• Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
• Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing capabilities.
• Use the WMS to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights.
