Job summary

QVC, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Center Operations Manager for night shifts (Wednesday–Saturday).

You will build and lead the initial teams, establish procedures and metrics, and oversee inbound and outbound shipments with high inventory accuracy. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and at least 4 years of management in fulfillment/warehouse operations, including experience with Kaizen or process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or related field.
• 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; retail/e‑commerce and apparel experience preferred.
• Experience managing 50+ employees and in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.
• Experience using Kaizens or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes.
• Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates.
• Develop and administer operational procedures for shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
• Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
• Improve safety, quality, cost and delivery while expanding warehouse capabilities.
• Use the WMS to improve order fulfillment and provide insights.
