Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree; degree requirements met before start date.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Lead from the floor, ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Manage shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Oversee deliveries and package handling; operate or coordinate PIT equipment where applicable.
• Wrap up shifts with clear handoffs and performance reviews.
