Formación

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Walk the floor regularly to stay connected to your team and keep things running smoothly.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity in real time.
• Adjust staffing and resources as volume and priorities shift.
• Coach and develop team members and remove roadblocks with support teams.
• Hand off priorities and ensure smooth shift transitions.
