Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or enrolled in a bachelor’s program, with all degree requirements met before start.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a typical 4‑day work week.
• Oversee deliveries and pallet handling; operate equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, attendance and performance standards.
• Provide shift leadership from start to finish and communicate with peers and leadership.
