Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting/modifying information
• 6 months experience using retail tech like smartphones/tablets
• Reading/writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs, with or without accommodations

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
