Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a customer-focused team member to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders in a safe, organized environment. You will use orders apps and SIMS to support inventory accuracy and assist customers with questions, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers find items and connecting them with the right associate.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certifications and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks, audits, and locker management while reporting safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
