Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety. You will operate certified powered equipment and assist customers by directing them to the right associates. Daily tasks include inventory checks, audits, and keeping work areas organized.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
