Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment. You will use handheld devices and store systems to validate orders and help customers find products with the right associates.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent performance in a large home improvement retailer. Training will cover equipment operation and SIMS compliance as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
