We’re seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients in NY. What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
• Perform searches, manage document retrieval, prepare, execute filings, and recordings at various jurisdictional levels.
• Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment and resolve any issues promptly.
• Explain our service offerings, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements clearly and confidently.
• Make well-informed decisions to meet client expectations, continually aiming to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Provide training on products, services, and databases with a consultative approach.

Required Skills:

• Associate’s degree or at least one year of experience in customer service within a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
• Familiarity with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent data entry skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize demands, and solve problems efficiently.
• Sharp analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with legal or financial services documentation.
• Additional technical or jurisdictional knowledge.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• An associate's degree from an accredited institution.
• Prior customer service experience in relevant fields or similar roles.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• This is a 100% onsite role based in NY, requiring full availability during business hours.
