This role leads a small core team most of the year and steps into a larger leadership role during peak season (Nov–Dec), working with the E-commerce Fulfillment Senior Manager to optimize processes and sustain high accuracy on the floor.

Working closely with the E‑commerce Fulfillment Senior Manager, you’ll execute operational priorities, improve processes, and ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency across all fulfillment activities. This is a “player‑coach” role—ideal for someone who leads from the floor, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
