• Proven problem-solving to identify barriers and drive resolution.
• Experience with warehouse scanning equipment and related PC programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow as guided by Shift/Department Manager.
• Provide day-to-day direction, motivation, and accountability to Athletes.
• Orient and train new hires to meet performance expectations from day one.
• Ensure daily production targets are met and fan orders are fulfilled on time.
• Maintain quality and throughput standards to support fan experience.
