USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Fulfillment Analyst to enhance visibility across the Distribution and Fulfillment Centers by monitoring vendor purchase-to-pay processes and expedites orders as needed.

You will leverage BI tools to support decision making and drive process improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Statistics/Supply Chain or 3–5 years of equivalent experience, with strong Excel, SQL, and data analysis skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and see projects through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Confirms vendor receipt and estimated ship dates, and monitors order status.
• Expedites late orders and builds strong supplier relationships.
• Acts as key contact for North American branches and sales offices.
• Identifies automation opportunities and supports data-driven decision making.
• Uses BI tools to ensure order visibility and data accuracy.
• Participates in process improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
