Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Supply Chain or 3–5 years equivalent experience.
• Strong data analysis and BI tooling experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel; SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm vendor receipts, monitor ship dates, and expedite late orders.
• Build relationships with suppliers and improve order visibility.
• Serve as key contact for North American branches and sales offices.
• Identify automation opportunities using data to support decisions.
• Use data analysis to ensure order fulfillment and visibility.
• Collaborate effectively in a team with high motivation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
