Gravity Lending is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Admin in Austin, TX to support our fulfillment operations by preparing and reviewing documents, maintaining accurate records, and guiding customers through loan-document processes during video calls.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and comfort with Adobe and Google Workspace, with daily in-person training and a 40-hour workweek. A positive, team-driven environment is highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

• Comfortable learning and using Adobe, Google Workspace, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and proofread loan and business documents for accuracy.
• Prepare documents for customers to complete during video calls.
• Assist customers throughout the document-completion process via video call.
• Communicate with our sales department on items needed or corrections required.
• Provide administrative support to internal teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve document and administrative processes.
• Handle customer and company information with professionalism and confidentiality.
