Job summary

Gravity Lending in Austin, TX is seeking a qualified Loan Processor to join our in-person team. You will review loan applications, verify income and documents, and coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Funding, and Lending Partners to move loans forward.

What You’ll Do

Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness

Verify income, identification, title, and supporting documentation

Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Follow company policies and regulatory requirements

Manage multiple loan files in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Working closely with Underwriting, Sales, and Funding teams.

Follow up proactively on outstanding conditions and documentation

Help deliver a smooth and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For
