This full-time, in-office role pays starting at $16.00 per hour and involves handling title documentation, communicating with customers and lenders, and ensuring files move efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, DMVs, lenders, lienholders by phone and email.
• Collect, review, and follow up on required title documentation.
• Prepare and mail documents to customers, lenders, lienholders, and other parties.
• Review completed files for accuracy and completeness.
• Scan, organize, and electronically file documents.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Provide timely follow-up to keep files moving.
