Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide expert technical and customer guidance for fueling facilities across multiple industries.

You will manage repairs, inspections, and projects, coordinating with ASC, Environmental Engineers, and internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive safe, compliant operations. The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, leadership, and solid MS Office skills, with a system-wide, process-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance industry experience required
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in direct responsibility for customer relationship-building experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment, including Excel pivot tables advanced required
• Fueling systems knowledge including UST/AST, ATG, DEF, and related components advanced required
• Other obtain knowledge, continuous training, and/or maintain 2 to 3 relevant certifications (compliance-related, ICC, AB Operator, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met
• Provide clear communications to customers and stakeholders
• Establish processes to proactively prevent Notices of Violation
• Review and approve repair quotes; support capital projects
• Monitor and report on KPIs
• Develop and implement internal/external policies and SOPs
