Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across industries.

You will own complex repair and replacement solutions and coordinate with contractors, environmental engineers, and customer personnel to meet business goals. Key duties include analyzing fueling systems (UST/AST, ATG, DEF, piping), managing work orders and KPIs, and developing SOPs for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience.
• 1–3 years of customer relationship-building experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met.
• Provide clear communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement SOPs and procedures for internal/external use.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
