Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across industries. The role involves owning complex repairs, leading with example, and ensuring compliance schedules are met.

You will interact with ASC contractors, environmental engineers, and internal teams to drive solutions. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting fueling systems, prioritizing work orders, and developing SOPs.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance industry experience required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of customer relationship-building experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel pivot tables advanced required.
• Fueling systems and downstream fueling systems experience required

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met.
• Provide clear, effective communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Establish processes and tools to proactively prevent Notices of Violation and ensure compliance.
• Obtain, review, and approve repair quotes and support capital projects.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
