Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five or more years fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience required.
• One to three years direct customer relationship-building experience required.
• Advanced communication language usage to create positive customer experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables (advanced).
• Fueling systems knowledge across UST/AST, ATG, DEF, dispensers, piping (advanced).
• Obtain knowledge and keep 2-3 relevant certifications (compliance-related, ICC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met.
• Provide clear communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Establish processes to prevent Notices of Violation and support compliance schedules.
• Approve repair quotes and support capital projects; run ad-hoc reports.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Develop and implement policies/SOPs for internal/external stakeholders.
