Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across various industries.

The role involves ownership of complex assignments, liaison with ASC, engineers, and internal teams, and leadership in Ryder Fuel Service operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting fueling systems, managing repair/replacement solutions, ensuring timely work orders, and reporting on KPIs while supporting policy and SOP

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance mgmt and/or environmental compliance exp.
• One (1) to three (3) years of direct customer relationship-building exp.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Manage work order timelines and priorities using the system.
• Communicate updates to customers and stakeholders clearly.
• Support notices of violation prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support projects and reporting.
• Monitor and report on KPIs for individuals.
• Develop and implement internal/external policies and procedures.
