Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to deliver technical and customer support for fueling facilities, including maintenance, inspections, repairs, projects, and environmental compliance.

You will interact with ASC contractors, engineers, and internal teams, owning complex issues and driving proactive solutions. The role requires strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on compliance and efficient operations within Ryder Fuel

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of customer relationship-building experience required.
• 2–3 relevant certifications related to compliance or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Manage work order timelines and prioritize customer service needs.
• Provide clear communications/updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Establish processes to proactively prevent Notices of Violation and ensure compliance.
