Job summary

Triumph is seeking a senior leader to own and grow its fuel program and partner ecosystem within LoadPay. You will direct commercial negotiations, pricing, and strategic alliances with fuel providers, card issuers, and distribution networks, driving adoption and profitability.

Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, marketing, and sales to expand marketplace fuel offerings and deliver innovative fuel solutions for carriers and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in fuel programs, payments, fintech, transportation, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Own Triumph's fuel program relationships and partnerships.
• Develop strategies to increase carrier adoption and revenue.
• Lead negotiations, renewals, pricing, and expansion opportunities.
• Build executive relationships with fuel providers and networks.
• Monitor performance and improve customer outcomes and economics.
• Define and execute the fuel category strategy in LoadPay marketplace.
• Identify emerging opportunities in fuel payments and loyalty programs.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing and Sales to drive adoption.
