Job summary

Triumph Financial is seeking a visionary Head of Fuel Strategy to define and execute a scalable fuel program across LoadPay and partner networks. You will own growth, optimize partnerships, and drive revenue by expanding fuel offerings and aligning product with carrier needs.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to build a durable roadmap, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and lead a high-performing team focused on fuel strategy, innovation, and profitable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in fuel programs, payments, fintech, or logistics.
• Proven track record managing strategic partnerships and complex relationships.
• Experience with fuel card programs, fleet payments, or trucking tech.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and influence executives.
• Experience with open- and closed-loop payment networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Triumph's fuel partnership strategy and management.
• Lead LoadPay marketplace fuel distribution and onboarding of providers.
• Develop a long-term fuel product roadmap and growth initiatives.
• Set growth targets and go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to align initiatives.
