Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available to take calls on weekends and evenings.
• Must have 2–3 years of fuel dispatch experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Fuel Truck Drivers to meet customer needs and resolve issues while ensuring safety.
• Maintain an up-to-date listing of assigned drivers.
• Ensure access to an up-to-date route sheet for each scheduled route.
• Ensure routes are covered by relief or substitute drivers.
• Maintain an accurate daily attendance roster of drivers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Oversee transportation of fuel, inventory, pricing, warehousing, deliveries, routing.
• Ensure drivers clock times accurately and reflect write-ins on the daily report.
• Coordinate with drivers to resolve issues during delivery.
• Perform clerical support duties as assigned.
