Boyett Petroleum is looking for a Fuel Sales Representative in California to accelerate expansion across commercial, agricultural, and government sectors. You will prospect, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships while earning base compensation plus commissions.

The role covers the full sales cycle, including pricing, quotes, and RFP/RFQ responses, with a starting annual salary of $70,304 and potential commission after training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fuel, energy, or a related industry.
• Experience selling to end users requiring truck and trailer fuel delivery.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, qualifying, and securing new customers for bulk gasoline and diesel delivery.
• Managing the full sales cycle, including pricing, quoting, and closing deals.
• Building long-term relationships with commercial, agricultural, and government clients.
• Navigating and responding to RFP/RFQ processes.
• Obtaining and reviewing customer credit applications.
• Providing daily fuel pricing quotes and processing customer orders.
• Assisting with the collection process.
