PUMA is seeking an Analyst Foreign Trade Zone in Boston to provide essential administrative support for FTZ operations. You will input data into FTZ software, review inbound documentation, and maintain accuracy across inventory and ERP records.

The role requires coordinating with Traffic, Warehouse, and Order Management, producing routine FTZ reports, and ensuring compliance with US Customs regulations. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office are needed.

Qualifications

• General administrative support and data entry for FTZ software
• Review inbound import documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain FTZ daily/weekly/monthly reports for US Customs

Responsabilités

• Liaise with Traffic, Warehouse and Order Management to monitor imports
• Review shipping docs for accuracy and compliance with Customs
• Audit FTZ admissities in zone software and correct discrepancies
• File weekly and periodic reports as required by US Customs
• Organize and maintain documents for Customs record keeping
• Perform data analysis and support special projects
