Job summary

Arvato is seeking a detail-oriented FTZ Compliance Specialist to support our Foreign-Trade Zone operations. You will prepare and file crucial customs forms, ensure FTZ process compliance, and collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate reporting and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FTZ operations, strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, and experience with FTZ software. You will contribute to continuous improvement and participate in audits and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field preferred.
3+ years of FTZ operations, import/export compliance, or customs brokerage.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, 19 CFR Part 146, and FTZ procedures.
Experience with FTZ software (e.g., SAP GTS, QAD, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file daily admission forms (pre 214 & concurrence).
Completion and submission of required Customs forms 3461, 7501 and 7512.
Coordinate in-bond movements from port and arrival of in-bonds.
Collaborate with internal teams and systems to manage inbound & outbound products.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper reporting.
Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies and report as necessary.
Build & maintain relationships with FTZ/warehouse personnel to ensure policies & procedures are followed.
