PUMA SE in Somerville, MA is seeking an Operations / Supply Chain & Logistics professional to monitor imports, coordinate with Traffic/Warehouse, and ensure FTZ compliance. You will review shipping docs, audit FTZ entries, and prepare required regulatory reports, while maintaining records with precision.

The role requires 3+ years in import/export, familiarity with FTZ processes, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Occasional extended hours may be needed to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in import/export environment preferred; FTZ experience a plus.
• Knowledge of US Harmonized Tariff System and US Customs regulations preferred.
• Must be able to pass a US Customs background check.
• Ability to organize and maintain records for Customs prescribed requirements.
• Experience auditing documents and filing required reports (214's, 3461's, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Liaise with Traffic, Warehouse and Order Management to monitor imports and expedite in-bond freight to the FTZ.
• Review commercial shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance with Customs requirements.
• Audit FTZ attestations in the zone software and correct discrepancies in ERP.
• File weekly and periodic reports required by US Customs and FTZ Board.
• Organize and maintain documents for Customs record keeping; perform data analysis and support special projects.
