Job summary

Primark in Boston seeks a Foreign Trade Zone Coordinator to support the US Customs Compliance team in daily FTZ operations, handling filings, e214s, AES/EEI, and coordination with brokers and 3PLs.

You will maintain records, assist with annual FTZ reporting, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, and other stakeholders. 2+ years customs compliance, undergraduate degree, and broker license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years US customs compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CFR Title 19 and tariff classification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support FTZ administration and related tasks, including export formalities with Senior FTZ Manager.
• Maintain FTZ operations manual and filing accuracy for daily admissions, weekly estimates, and weekly entries.
• Prepare and submit quarterly HMF payments and assist with MDRs and inventory matters.
• Maintain records in compliance with customs regulations and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Support PGA reporting, annual FTZ reporting, and general FTZ project work as directed.
