Job summary

Arvato is seeking a detail-oriented FTZ Compliance Specialist to support Foreign-Trade Zone operations, including documentation, compliance, and inventory reporting. The role requires coordinating with warehouse personnel and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has FTZ experience, knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 3+ years FTZ/import/export compliance experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and 19 CFR Part 146.
• Experience with FTZ software (SAP GTS or QAD).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Customs certifications preferred (LCB, CCS).

Responsibilities

• File daily admission forms and customs documents.
• Handle FTZ forms 3461, 7501, 7512.
• Coordinate in-bond movements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and warehouse.
• Monitor inventory and reporting.
• Assist audits by U.S. Customs.
• Train employees on FTZ compliance.
• Prepare annual reports to Customs/FTZ Board.
• Ensure data accuracy and records.
• Routinely report activities to management.
