Arvato is seeking a FTZ Compliance Specialist to support Foreign-Trade Zone operations in the United States. You will prepare and file Customs forms, ensure FTZ compliance, and work with warehouse teams to maintain accurate reporting and inventory control.

A proactive approach and strong FTZ knowledge are essential for success. The role involves coordinating in-bond movements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing FTZ training to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of FTZ operations, import/export compliance, or customs brokerage experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR Part 146) and FTZ procedures.
• Experience with FTZ software (e.g., SAP GTS, QAD) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills; excellent communication across teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file daily admission forms (pre 214 & concurrence).
• Submit required Customs forms 3461, 7501, 7512.
• Coordinate in-bond movements from port and arrivals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and systems for inbound/outbound products.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate reporting.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and report as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with FTZ/warehouse personnel.
• Conduct FTZ training for employees.
• Assist Manager with U.S. Customs during audits.
• Prepare annual reports to U.S. Customs & the FTZ Board.
• Validate FTZ data against documentation for accuracy.
• Review transactions and propose process improvements.
• Routinely update management on FTZ activities.
• Process FTZ data and maintain records for FTZ management.
