Job summary

CTDI is hiring a FTZ Coordinator to support daily FTZ operations, documentation, and compliance across CTDI’s distribution network. This role collaborates with warehouse, transportation, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate FTZ processing and CBP conformity.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of FTZ or related experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and FTZ software. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Trade Compliance, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of FTZ operations, customs compliance, import/export operations, logistics, or warehouse administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily FTZ activities per CTDI procedures and CBP regulations.
• Review inbound shipment docs and support FTZ admissions by validating details and records.
• Coordinate outbound FTZ transactions including withdrawals, transfers, exports, and other movements.
• Maintain compliance with CBP regulations, FTZ requirements, and internal controls.
• Support FTZ filings and operational documentation, including e214 admissions and in-bond movements.
