Customs bonded warehousing, and compliance with CBP requirements. The candidate will maintain records, coordinate with customs brokers and warehouse staff, and support ongoing FTZ process improvements as the company

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience with documentation for imported/exported goods and FTZ processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment.
• Comfortable coordinating with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain FTZ documentation for goods entering and leaving the zone.
• Ensure shipments comply with CBP requirements and FTZ procedures.
• Track inventory movement from receipt to export and reconcile records.
• Verify export documentation and assist with FTZ entries and related postings.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to resolve discrepancies.
