Job summary

Costex Tractor Parts in Miami is seeking an experienced FTZ Director to lead all Foreign-Trade Zone operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and efficient movement of goods within the zone. You will oversee CBP compliance, FTZ board requirements, and reporting, while building strong teams and driving performance improvements to maximize duty savings and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Foreign-Trade Zone operations.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations and FTZ Board requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive compliance.
• Experience with FTZ activations, entries, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with FTZ management and global trade software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily FTZ operations.
• Manage activations, expansions, modifications, and operational changes.
• Develop and maintain FTZ operating procedures and policies.
• Oversee merchandise admissions, transfers, manufacturing, processing, and withdrawals.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and reconciliation across FTZ activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and maximize FTZ benefits.
• Oversee regulatory filings and annual FTZ reporting.
• Lead FTZ managers, analysts, compliance specialists, and customs personnel.
• Prepare executive FTZ performance reports and KPIs.
