Job summary

Wire 3 LLC is seeking a Network Administrator specialized in FTTH XGS-PON networks to operate, maintain, and improve our fiber infrastructure supporting residential and business services. You will work with active and passive optical technologies, manage core and access devices, and ensure optimal performance and uptime across our network.

You will participate in network site setup, OSS automation, and cross-team problem resolution, collaborating in a fast-paced ISP setting that values learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Trade/Technical school acceptable).
• ISP/fiber carrier or large-scale enterprise network experience preferred.
• Industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and manage end-to-end FTTH network infrastructure including XGS-PON platforms and OLTs.
• Assist with DHCP/DNS and other ancillary systems.
• Participate in network product decisions and site setup.
• Support OSS automation and CSR troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT, OSP, and installation teams on network projects.
