Insight Global is seeking a Fiber Engineer to support large-scale FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) deployments with a strong focus on GPON architecture and OSP design. This role involves reviewing low-level designs from engineering vendors to ensure efficiency and compliance with project standards.

The ideal candidate will oversee third-party vendors, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables while supporting projects from design through construction.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with OSP fiber design and construction.
• Experience optimizing Low Level Designs for efficiency and cost savings.
• Knowledge of DOT, permitting, and Right of Way compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Support large-scale FTTH deployments focusing on GPON architecture.
• Review and optimize LLDs from engineering vendors.
• Manage third-party engineering vendors for quality and timelines.
