Job summary

Wire 3 is looking for a Network Administrator specializing in FTTH XGS-PON networks. You will operate, maintain, and improve the network infrastructure that supports Wire 3’s residential and business fiber services. Collaboration across departments will be essential to keep services up and evolving.

You’ll work with Nokia Altiplano platforms and a mix of active/passive optical networking tech, ensuring optimal performance and uptime in a fast-growing ISP environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience as a network administrator or engineer in an ISP or fiber carrier environment or large-scale enterprise network.
• Industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and manage the end-to-end FTTH network infrastructure.
• Assist with network product decisions and site deployments.
• Support OSS, CSR, OSP and IT projects as needed.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with multiple Wire 3 teams.
