Job summary

HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Project Manager with telecommunications FTTH experience to lead outside plant engineering and design delivery for utility clients. You will own engineering delivery from route planning through permitting, and be accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships on assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of relevant project experience.
• Experience in the telecommunication industry; FTTH project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through design, modification, analysis, and constructability of utility systems.
• Coordinate detailed design phases for all aspects of utility engineering work.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage client relationships and provide weekly/monthly progress reporting.
• Drive permitting through DOT, municipal, and railroad authorities.
