Job summary

WOW! is hiring a Field Service Technician – FTTH to install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber services for residential and business customers in a hands-on field role. You’ll work directly with customers, set up connections, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The position emphasizes testing, diagnosing, and resolving FTTH issues while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• FTTH installation/termination experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair FTTH broadband from customer equipment to exterior fiber terminal.
• Complete new connections, upgrades, and service changes for internet and video.
• Install and relocate outlets and interior/exterior wiring.
• Troubleshoot service issues and perform network diagnostics.
• Document installation and repair activities accurately.
