Job summary

Wire 3 is hiring a full-time FTTH technician in Florida to lead customer-facing fiber installations and ensure ultra-fast internet service. You will perform tests, install and maintain fiber networks, and document all work at each site.

You’ll collaborate with a team, follow NEC and safety guidelines, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences for residential and business customers. Valid FL driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• College or technical/vocational training is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable testing and documentation for all media types.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic systems and networks.
• Handle optical fiber-related tasks, including cable pulling, suspension, fiber termination, fusion splicing, and testing, following NEC and local regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service to business and residential customers.
• Document work performed at each customer site.
