Job summary

Wire 3 is seeking a full-time FTTH technician in Florida to lead fiber-to-the-home installations for residential and small business customers. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth installation and an excellent customer experience by delivering ultra-high-speed internet services.

Responsibilities include installing, testing, and maintaining fiber systems, following safety guidelines, and documenting work at each site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training a plus.
• Florida driver's license required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable testing and documentation for all media types.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic systems and networks.
• Handle fiber-related tasks including termination and fusion splicing per NEC/local regs.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality service to customers.
• Document work performed at each customer site.
