Job summary

Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to support FTTH network deployment projects.

You will coordinate engineering deliverables across market engineering teams, design vendors, permitting and construction to ensure engineering work is delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with market build plans. You will act as the main connection between engineering and construction, providing clear visibility into engineering progress, upcoming deliverables, schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, fiber deployment, OSP, FTTH, or related infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing engineering deliverables and schedules.
• Experience with design vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, permitting, and construction workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and communication; drives accountability.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of solving problems.
• Experience creating status reports, dashboards, or metrics.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PM tools.
