Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking a Market Engineering Lead who will own end-to-end market input and output from design direction through construction handoff. You will direct vendor-produced work, manage timing, and coordinate with Construction and Permitting/PMO to reflect current design intent and jurisdiction requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in fiber/OSP design or PMO, and will involve travel for market-specific site knowledge and business planning.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in FTTH or fiber/OSP design, review, or PMO roles.
Experience with GIS/Esri and CAD-based design tools; VETRO is a plus.
Ability to make and defend technical decisions independently; excellent written communication.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end input and output for assigned market from design direction to construction handoff.
Direct vendors on scope, cost, routing, and constructability tradeoffs.
Coordinate with Construction and Permitting/PMO to reflect design intent and requirements.
Track changes to sequencing, scope, and vendor deliverables; maintain metrics.
Pilot new-market permitting with limited submissions before scale-up.
